Thanks for choosing Core as your partner in building your digital fitness business! We’re looking forward to getting you up and running. In this document, we'll provide step-by-step instructions for getting set up on Core. We’re always here to help, so feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions or want to suggest a new feature!
Part 1: logging in for the first time and resetting your password
- The Core team will create an account for you using the email you provided, along with a temporary password.
- Visit core.fitness and choose "log in". After logging in, navigate to Settings and click "Reset password".
- We'll send a link to your email address. Click that link and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Part 2: setting up your profile & brand
- Once you're back in Core, navigate to Profile & Brand to create your profile.
- There's plenty to do here, but at a minimum we recommend that you:
- Choose a brand color.
- Upload a profile image.
- Select a headline (this could just be your name).
- Fill out the rest of the required fields, even if you're just using placeholders.
- —> Optional: Upload a hype video or sizzle reel to attract students when they're considering a purchase.
- Save your profile.
- Fore more info on setting up your profile & brand, visit our documentation.
Part 3a: creating/uploading on-demand video Sessions (optional)
Note: we don't require you to offer all of the different types of content Core supports before going live, but we do require you to offer at least one. You must publish at least one Session or list at least one live event to activate your profile on Core.
Another note: if you have an existing video library and want to speed up the process of creating Sessions, let us know! We'd be happy to work with you on a migration plan - our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to get all of your content onto Core.
- Navigate to Sessions to create and manage on-demand video Sessions.
- Click Add Session.
- Fill out the required information for your Session. You'll need to:
- Upload a video.
- Add a title for your Session.
- Add a description of your Session.
