Overview

The Products & Pricing section of the Core instructor portal allows you to configure the products you offer to your students, and also to configure your own payment information. Check out our guide for getting started with payments on Core for more information.

Setting Prices

Right now setting prices is a manual process. Email the Core team at [email protected] and tell us your preferred rates for Day Passes, Monthly Subscriptions, and Annual Subscriptions. If you need to update your pricing at any time, feel free to email us!

Once we have confirmed that your pricing has been updated, your prices should appear in the Products & Pricing section of the Core instructor portal, as well as in the Core student experience. Students will be able to pay for your content on Core!

Free Trials

After updating your pricing, you'll also have the option of enabling/disabling 7-day free trials for your subscription products. When 7-day free trials are enabled for subscriptions, whenever a student purchases a subscription from you, they'll automatically receive 7 free days before being charged.

Setting Up Payment Information

In order to receive payments from students and get paid out by Core, you'll need to set up a Stripe account with Core. To do this:

  1. Click Start Payments Setup and you'll be redirected to Stripe's onboarding flow.

  2. Follow the prompts in Stripe. If you have existing Stripe account, you'll need to register with the same mobile number and email to avoid running into any issues.

  3. Once you've completed Stripe setup, you can navigate back to the Products & Pricing page of the Core instructor portal at any time to access your Stripe account dashboard. Click the Visit Stripe Dashboard link to be redirected to Stripe. The Stripe dashboard will allow you to manage your bank account information, and to see your payout history.
