The Clients section of the Core instructor portal gives you a way to view every student/client who has engaged with you on Core. You can use this section to get basic information about students, understand usage habits, and monitor key indicators of student health.
The Clients list is a full list of every student/client who has engaged with you on Core. Any user with a Core account who has subscribed to you (even if just on a trial basis) will be listed here.
One of the pieces of information we provide on the Clients list is a subscription status for the student. Here's a list of every possible subscription status to help you understand these statuses better:
To get more information about an individual client, click their row in the Clients list and you'll land on a detail page.
On this page, we'll provide personal information (e.g. email address), subscription information (e.g. renewal date), and activity history (e.g. date of most recently completed session).
